In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bjbagi," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bjbagi platform and the entity operating it under its international gaming license.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bjbagi platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the bjbagi website at bjbagi.com, all sub-pages, the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, Teen Patti Joker, and any other product or service made available under the bjbagi brand.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by you on bjbagi, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Funds" refers to PKR balances deposited, won, or otherwise credited to your bjbagi account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount awarded by bjbagi subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money funds on a sportsbook market or casino game outcome via the bjbagi platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under our licensing obligations.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures maintained by bjbagi.

Where these Terms refer to a singular, the plural is implied and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By registering an account on bjbagi, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering solely for your own personal use.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of bjbagi or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bjbagi or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

bjbagi reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at our sole discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Account functionality may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on bjbagi. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using details belonging to another individual, is strictly prohibited. bjbagi uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify bjbagi promptly if any details change. bjbagi shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbagi login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials — including wagers placed or withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have previously notified bjbagi of suspected unauthorised access.

All account balances on bjbagi are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. bjbagi does not accept deposits made using payment methods held in the name of any third party — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the bjbagi cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. bjbagi does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method held in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before those funds may be withdrawn.
• bjbagi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to failed verification or payment processor errors will be returned to your bjbagi account balance.

bjbagi processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your selected payment provider, which are outside bjbagi's direct control.

All bets placed on the bjbagi sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these Terms, the market-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific bet.

bjbagi reserves the right to:

• Limit or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to limiting the maximum stake accepted on any market.
• Void any bet that was accepted in error, including due to a manifest pricing error or system malfunction.
• Suspend any market before or during an event if we reasonably suspect irregular betting activity or if reliable information is unavailable.
• Apply a maximum win limit per bet or per day, which will be communicated within the platform.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional latency and data-feed-dependent rules. bjbagi accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was already reflected in the live event at the time of placement but not yet updated in our odds due to data feed delays. Cricket, PSL, boxing, and all other sports are covered by their respective rule sets published on the platform.

The bjbagi casino offers live dealer games, slot titles, and card games including Teen Patti Joker, baccarat, blackjack, and roulette. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

bjbagi accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or interruptions during casino gameplay that are caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to your own internet connection, device failure, or third-party provider outages. In cases of confirmed platform-side technical failure affecting game outcome, bjbagi will conduct an investigation and may, at our discretion, refund the affected wager.

Live casino tables operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. bjbagi reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict access to any casino game or table at any time without prior notice, including for scheduled maintenance or in response to licensing requirements.

bjbagi offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus offer will be used first for wagering purposes. Bonus Funds are used once real-money balance is exhausted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible customer, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bjbagi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already accepted and partially wagered will be honoured at the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including hedging bets, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and potential account suspension.

bjbagi is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible via the Account Settings section after bjbagi login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bjbagi platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbagi platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with players, officials, or other bettors.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing bugs, or system vulnerabilities — including but not limited to arbitrage exploiting manifest pricing errors.
• Money laundering or use of the bjbagi platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bjbagi staff or other users.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.

All content on the bjbagi platform — including but not limited to the bjbagi name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, data feeds, odds compilations, game assets, written content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bjbagi or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjbagi platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works based on any bjbagi content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjbagi's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money amount deposited by you to bjbagi in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the bjbagi platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bjbagi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

bjbagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

You may close your bjbagi account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances withheld pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjbagi holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bjbagi's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.

bjbagi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bjbagi will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect. For non-material amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Your continued use of the bjbagi platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
